Same dayDocuments & files
A contract to be signed, a tender file, an administrative document to deliver before closing time. Hand delivery, with the recipient's name and the exact time.
When timing is what really matters in a delivery.
A document to deliver before 5 pm, a part holding up a work site, a suitcase left at the hotel. Fast pick-up, direct journey, hand delivery, for businesses and individuals alike.
Same dayA contract to be signed, a tender file, an administrative document to deliver before closing time. Hand delivery, with the recipient's name and the exact time.
UrgentA shipment that cannot wait for tomorrow's round, a missing component that has stopped a machine, a sample to show a client this afternoon.
One-off or regularA suitcase left at the hotel, a bag forgotten at the station, keys or a phone to bring back. And for businesses, recurring runs between two sites at a fixed time.
One vehicle, from pick-up to delivery
A standard parcel passes through several hubs, changes vehicle two or three times and waits its turn on a delivery round. That works for an ordinary shipment, not for an emergency. Here, the vehicle leaves with your item and goes straight to its destination: you know who is driving, what time they left and what time they arrived.
Submitting a file before an office closes or a tender deadline passes.
A missing part that has stopped a machine, a work site or a technical job.
Luggage, keys, a laptop or a file left behind, to be brought back the same day.
A regular link between two sites.
No hazardous materials, illegal goods, cash, or very high-value items without prior written agreement.
Samples and biological items fall under our dedicated laboratory service, with its own transport conditions. See the laboratories page.
The journey is direct and dedicated. Your item goes through no sorting hub, is not grouped with others and never spends a night in a warehouse.
It costs more than a standard parcel, and it is much faster. The question to ask is simple: what does the delay cost you?
It depends on the time of day and our current workload. We give you a realistic lead time over the phone, including when we cannot take the job straight away.
We would rather give you an honest answer than a promise we could not keep.
No hazardous materials, illegal goods, cash, or very high-value items without prior written agreement.
Healthcare deliveries (samples, biological items) are handled as a separate service: see our laboratories and dedicated transport page.
In person to the recipient in the vast majority of cases. We confirm the delivery time and the name of the person who received it.
If the recipient is not there, we call you to decide together what to do next.
Yes, by reservation. Emergencies do not stick to office hours, and a file that has to be delivered on a Saturday morning still has to be delivered.
The phone is still much faster than a form. We tell you straight away how quickly we can actually get there, or we tell you frankly that we cannot.
