Under articles L612-1 and following of the French consumer code, any private customer may refer a dispute with us, free of charge, to a consumer mediator for an amicable settlement, after first trying to resolve it directly with us.
The appointed mediator is CM2C (Centre de la médiation de la consommation de conciliateurs de justice), 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France. A case can be filed online at cm2c.net or by post to that address.

Ma Centrale 44 provides seated passenger transport, including approved medical transport covered by French health insurance (Assurance Maladie) with a medical prescription. We do not provide stretcher transport or emergency medical transport: in a life-threatening emergency, call 15 (SAMU) or 112.
Coverage of transport costs depends on each patient's medical prescription and situation. Only the patient's Assurance Maladie fund can decide on their entitlement. The information published on this website is for guidance only and does not constitute a commitment to coverage.
