What a partnership changes

Less time lost on the phone, smoother discharges.

The difficulty for a secretary's office or a hospital department is not finding a taxi: it is finding one that is available at the right time, understands the constraints of patient transport, and calls back when running late.

  • A direct number, with no intermediary platform
  • A clear, immediate answer on availability
  • Recurring schedules set up just once
  • Fast response for hospital discharges
  • Strict respect for the patient's free choice

Getting started

From first contact to the first journey.

01

An initial conversation

We listen to how you work before proposing anything.

02

We define how it will work

Estimated volumes, critical time slots, contacts, booking method. We tell you honestly what we can, and cannot, take on.

03

The schedule runs

Recurring journeys are set up once and for all. Your teams no longer need to call before every session.

04

We fine-tune together

Regular check-ins let us fix whatever is not working: time slots, lead times, dedicated drivers. A partnership is built over time.

Do you need to move samples rather than patients?

Delivering biological samples, documents and equipment is a professional service separate from patient transport: the framework, billing and constraints have nothing in common.

Partnerships

Questions from healthcare professionals.

How is a partnership set up?

Over a phone call. Together we identify your volumes, critical time slots and department constraints, then agree on how it will work: direct contact, a recurring schedule, or both.

No minimum volume is required. For us, a partnership is first and foremost the guarantee of a fast response and a named contact.

Is the patient's free choice respected?

Absolutely, and it matters to us. Patients are free to choose their carrier: a healthcare facility cannot impose a company on them.

Our role is to be an available, reliable option when patients do not have one, or when they ask for us directly.

Can you handle last-minute requests?

That is one of the main reasons for a partnership. Hospital discharges are often decided within a few hours: we keep response capacity available for our partner organisations.

We always give you a realistic lead time rather than a promise we cannot keep.

How do you handle patient information?

We collect only what is strictly necessary to organise the journey: identity, contact details, addresses, time and any mobility assistance needed.

We have no use for diagnostic information and never ask for it.

working together.

Tell us about your organisation and your needs. We will call you back to understand how you work and tell you frankly what we can take on.
