Privacy policy

How we handle the information you send us, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act. This English version is provided for information only: the French version is the only legally binding one.

Data controller

Ma Centrale 44, whose contact details appear in our legal notice, determines the purposes and means of the processing described below. For any question, call +33 6 37 36 48 20.

What we collect

Only what you enter yourself in the booking form:

• your name and phone number, so that we can call you back;
• the type of transport, date, time, pick-up address and destination, so that we can organise the journey;
• whether or not you have a transport prescription, and the type of journey;
• any free text you add in the details field.

No account is created, no payment is requested online, and we never ask for your social security number or bank details through this form.

Information about your health

We only process this information to the extent that you choose to share it with us to organise your transport, on the basis of your explicit consent (Article 9(2)(a) GDPR). You never have to describe your medical situation in the form: the details field is optional, and you can call us directly on +33 6 37 36 48 20 if you prefer not to write anything online.

Why we use it

To respond to your request and organise the transport you ask for. This is a pre-contractual step taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), supplemented by your explicit consent for any information relating to your health.

Your information is never used for marketing, and is never sold, rented or exchanged.

Who has access to it

Requests are sent by email only to the Ma Centrale 44 team that organises the journeys. For technical reasons, our hosting provider (IONOS SE) and our email provider also have access; they act as processors and do not use this data for their own purposes. No data is transferred outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

• Request not followed up: three months from the last contact.
• Request followed by a journey: for the duration of the service, then for the period required by our accounting and invoicing obligations.
• Technical log of the form: twelve months at most.

Cookies and audience measurement

This website sets no advertising cookies and uses no third-party analytics tools. No profiling is carried out and no automated decisions are made about you.

A single technical session cookie may be set when you submit the form, to protect it against automated submissions. It is strictly necessary for the service you request and is therefore exempt from consent.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submissions, and every rejection is logged so that it can be checked. In this log, your IP address is never stored in readable form: it is replaced by an irreversible fingerprint whose key changes every day. The log cannot be accessed from any address on the website.

Your rights

At any time, you can ask to access your data, have it corrected or erased, restrict its use, object to its processing, receive it in a reusable format, and withdraw your consent without affecting what was done before.
