A standard parcel passes through several hubs, changes vehicle two or three times and waits its turn on a delivery round. That works for an ordinary shipment, not for an emergency. A dedicated run is the opposite: one vehicle leaves with your item and goes straight to its destination.

Are you authorised to transport biological samples?
We carry out delivery jobs on behalf of professional clients, under the conditions they define: type of container, packaging, temperature, traceability and time limit.
The sending laboratory or organisation remains responsible for the packaging and regulatory compliance of what it entrusts to us. We adapt our service to your specifications: let's discuss them before any job.
How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
It depends on the time, the day and our current workload. We always give you a realistic lead time when you call, even if that means telling you we cannot take the job.
For frequent urgent needs, a regular round or a priority agreement works far better than calling each time.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes, by reservation: early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays. A regular round can easily include a stop at 6 am or 8 pm if your organisation needs it.
How does billing work?
One-off jobs are charged per run. Regular rounds and partnerships are charged on quotation, with a monthly summary invoice.
We provide detailed proof for each job: date, pick-up time, delivery time, stops served.
